In this assignment, students have the choice on which activities to complete. Students select three assignments from the boxes (they must form a winning tic tac toe-three in a row). Assignments vary from textbook written work to creative tasks like writing a song or drawing. Even if you don’t use the same text that I do or see your students at the same frequency, this document provides easily adaptable ideas for review assignments. You are mostly purchasing the ideas and format. Please see my BUNDLE listing if you would like a copy of the Scavenger Hunt and Cut & Paste worksheet. THESE TWO ASSIGNMENTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING. PLEASE SEE BUNDLE LISTING: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/BUNDLE-Spanish-First-Year-Review-Tic-Tac-Toe-3516830
A few things to note:
I use the textbook Asi se dice; however, assignments can easily be adapted to your textbook material. For example, one assignment focuses on adjective vocabulary in Capítulo 1. You can adjust this to be for the appropriate chapter of your text.
All assignments focus on the material covered in the first year of middle school Spanish where I see students twice a week all year. If your class meets at a different frequency or is a high school class, the material you have covered may be different. Nevertheless, the assignments are still relevant and good review.
Topics Covered: descriptive adjective vocabulary, the verb ser, numbers, days of the week, weather, telling time, and article/noun/adjective agreement.
