This printable packet is a great way to help students take notes on new food vocabulary. As you introduce new items, have students draw the food in the appropriate category (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and label them in Spanish. This allows students to take notes in Spanish only and helps diminish their reliance on English translation to encourage them to begin to think in Spanish.
Use this packet in class, for homework, or as a quick review assignment to assess what they remember from Spanish I as you begin a new unit. There’s also an unlabeled page at the end that you can use for desserts, favorites, designing a healthy meal, etc.
