This activity has 20 QR codes that link to pictures of food with the words on the food in English. I copied the answer sheet and printed the QR codes and posted them around the room. Students used their cell phones (or the class set of iPads) to scan the qr codes and write down the Spanish words for each English word on their answer sheet. I did this with 9th graders, but it could be used with lower grades learning basic Spanish vocabulary. Our county has a cell phone policy for secondary schools so the students who had cell phones could use them. We also have a set of iPads that we share with other teachers that we used for those who didn't have cell phones.
