In this activity, students start by drawing and labeling in Spanish a meal they would like to eat. They then take turns with a partner describing their meal in Spanish and drawing what their partner tells them. Finally, students circulate around the room speaking with classmates, asking what they like to eat and completing a chart with what they hear from classmates. This activity involves a lot of speaking and gets kids out of their seats. You can also take it to the next level by having kids report back in Spanish what they learned about their classmates.
