This activity is designed for Spanish speaking students learning about food chains and food webs. They start by defining some feeding relationship terms. Students then construct (using colored pencils) a food web from a given list of food chains. The next section has students look at a picture of a environment and categorize the living organisms in the picture as either a producer, herbivore, carnivore or an omnivore. In a third section the students are given pictures to place in different levels of a 3 level energy pyramid and name each level of consumer within the pyramid. The final section is an analysis section of feeding relationships within food chains and food webs.
