A “comecocos” is also called a “fortune teller” and a “cootie catcher.” The instructions on how to fold the paper are included in this packet.
This fun activity helps your students practice asking and answering questions in the PRETERITE TENSE! Students have fun while communicating entirely in Spanish about themselves!
Each question begins with: "¿Qué hiciste...." One student asks another "que hiciste" questions and the partner must respond using the preterite tense. (ACTFL: Communication AND Connections!)
Here are a few example questions:
¿Qué hiciste ayer?
¿Qué hizo tu padre ayer?
¿Qué hiciste esta mañana?
¿Qué hiciste el verano pasado?
The questions are also included at the bottom of the activity so your students can cut them off and keep them for review.
There are TWO comecocos in this packet:
1 is completely filled in for you and ready to use.
1 has blank spaces for your students to use their imagination.
