Students can practice using the future tense in Spanish with this quick activity of the old sleepover game M.A.S.H in a Spanish version. All students receive both sheets and pair up with a classmate. Each student fills in their four choices for each category and then takes turns with their partner narrowing down the choices to one "winner" in each category. This can be done by the one partner making tick marks until the other partner says to stop. The number of tick marks is counted up and used to count through all the choices, eliminating the one the count ends on. Start the count again, eliminating choices, skipping over crossed out ones, until only one choice remains for each category- the "winners". The next page is for the students to write their results in English and Spanish. Most students remember how to play this game from elementary school days and such. Just a fun way to get students excited about practicing Spanish.
