Description

I created this bundle after several teachers requested materials for students beyond Spanish 1. I originally wrote "El vampiro" with a group of Spanish 3 students, although it could also be used in Spanish 2. It is told entirely in the past tense.

In this story, a vampire loves to read. He has a problem - he has already read all of the books in his collection. He has another problem - vampires can't go out during the day. One night, the vampire decides to go to the library. When he arrives, he finds that the library is closed; it is only open during the day. He decides to go to a bookstore. When he arrives, he finds that the bookstore is closed; it is only open during the day. The vampire is very sad. The next night, his sister comes to visit him. She gives him sunblock for vampires. The vampire puts on the sunblock. He can go outside!

This bundle includes the following:
- El vampiro - picture story
- Story cards
- Student version in black and white
- 6-page Teacher's Guide
- Five worksheets with a full answer key
- Character posters
