Often, when learning a second language, vocabulary can be difficult to remember and sort when speaking or writing. Students may think, "I remember that word, but I can't remember what it means!" This is where labeling things can help. Obviously, we can't go around labeling the whole world, but we can label the things in our own homes and make at least that much of the vocabulary far easier to retain.
Included in this product is a comprehensive list of 78 household terms in Spanish, including physical direction. The labels are presented in two different ways. First is large labels, which print 4 to a page. These have large text, and in small print include the English translation and whether the noun is male or female. The second set prints 30 per page, and does not include the translation or gender.
These labels can be used in a number of different ways. They can be printed on sticker paper, or attached with tape or another preferred adhesive. Alternatively, they can be printed on card stock, laminated, and hole-punched to attach with string. The smaller set of labels are perfect for practice, labeling magazine pictures, diagrams, or drawings.
I initially planned to release these as a freebie, but TpT prefers that we keep freebies under 10 pages. Instead, I will keep the price low for you. I hope that you and/or your students enjoy this product, and find it useful!
Apply labels only with adult supervision. DO NOT apply flammable labels to devices which emit heat, as this is a fire hazard. I claim no responsibility or liability for how the final product of this printable is implemented by the end user.
Please don't download and run! I love feedback. It tells me what I'm doing well, and shows me what I can do better. In fact, I love feedback so much that I will give you any one of my paid resources for free (up to $5 value) after you leave feedback! Just email me after you have left your feedback, and let me know which resource you would like to have! Yes, this applies to free item feedback, too!
