In this highly engaging activity, students will interview each other about their experiences performing community service. After they have completed the interview, they will write an article about the partner's service experience.
I have provided two models for this activity. In the first, the questions are already written. In the second, the students write their own questions before conducting the interview. This is an excellent way to differentiate within your classroom.
Students will also gain practice using the preterite and the imperfect. This activity can be used in Spanish III, IV, and IV and with heritage-speaker classes.
