Here is a fun way to practice Spanish Irregular Preterite Tense verbs via a paper version of the traditional Battleship game. Opponents take turns trying to sink each other's ships. Only, instead of calling out rows and columns, they have to conjugate the verb that is in the square they are trying to target (which is the corresponding answer on their partner's board). This is a great and entertaining way for students to practice not just conjugations, but also pronunciation because they have to call out their shots! Verbs in this game are conjugated in the irregular preterite tense. Check out the preview for a look at all verbs used in the game. Packet comes with two boards (Corresponding A board + B board) and a directions page. Thanks for looking!
