This is a great end of the year or semester project. The students create a magazine in Spanish. They are able to pick their theme for the magazine to fit their interests. Each student is required to do certain parts of the magazine that cover specific vocabulary and grammatical themes. Then, I give them options for the other parts of their magazine. Please notice that in the description, I gave two dates for turning in rough drafts. This does help break up the project and keep them on track. I found it to be much more successful when I did this. This is a great differentiated project that allows the student to show his/her mastery of vocbaulary, the present, preterite, imperfect, and commands.
