This mini-lesson is a fun intro for students to explore Spanish months and seasons! There are symbols representing each month and season for students to color in while they also answer some questions and match Spanish to English. This resource is meant to supplement a beginner’s knowledge of Spanish, specifically the usage of “hay," meaning there is/there are.
There is also a fun song I use to introduce the lesson: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKznbHvPFwc. Be careful: the tune will get stuck in your brain! ;) But don’t worry it’s a good one.
On pages 1-2, students write the name of each “mes” below the symbol for the month. On pages 3-4 they match the “estaciones” and “meses” in English and Spanish, and on page 5 they fill in some answers.
