This practice activity encourages students to practice vocabulary for describing hair and eye color as well as hair texture or length. Students draw a picture of a person in each box (which offers incidental review of family vocabulary, etc.) and fill in the blanks to describe them.
This can be completed in class, as sub plans, or at home for practice or review. As a follow-up activity, have students present their work to small groups or ask/answer questions about the artwork for oral practice.
