Students use this worksheet to describe a famous person based on their physical description and personality attributes. There’s also a spot for likes and dislikes, though you can modify the page to fit the vocabulary your students have learned as it’s presented as a Word doc.
Once the worksheets are completed, use them to play a guessing game. Students can read off one clue at a time to either a partner, small group or the whole class. They should check off clues as they go to avoid repeats. After each clue, other participants can guess the person. Play continues until the person is revealed.
I’ve also found it effective to modify this to be about classmates instead of famous people. You can also allow movie and book characters if you like.
If you collect the completed pages, you can also use them as a warmup activity by having the teacher read one or two aloud to the class each morning.
