Spanish Syllable Posters to use as anchor charts when introducing the letter of the week. Each poster features open syllables and closed syllables. For example, "am, em, im, om, um" and "ma, me, mi, mo, mu."
Since 23 consonants (not w) are represented some nonsense syllables are created. It's all in the fun of blending sounds though so it's ok! Just point out the nonsense syllables and real syllables to the kids.
Also provided are two blank student pages for kids to rewrite the different syllables and keep their student made posters at home.
