This six page packet will help your students thoroughly understand Spanish reflexive verbs in no time! Here is a description of each page:
Page 1: Students write definitions of common reflexive verbs (feel free to add in extras that you teach), and they translate some easy first sentences that do not require them to conjugate the verbs.
Page 2: Notes on how to conjugate the verbs, plus practice phrases
Page 3: Practice with irregular reflexive verbs (despertarse, ponerse, etc.)
Page 4: Guided practice with using reflexive verbs and body parts, plus where the pronoun goes when there are two verbs in a row
Page 5: Crossword puzzle
Page 6: Students see images of a boy's daily routine, and they describe it with at least six reflexive verbs and at least forty words total. This requires them to get creative and add in details such as what items does he use, when he does each action, what he eats for breakfast, etc.
Additionally, there are six pages of answer keys, with the answers in blue font. You could project these on a screen, print them out for students, or use the snip tool (one of my favorite discoveries) to snip parts of the keys onto a Powerpoint or Smartboard slides.
These six pages are part of a larger packet for the Realidades 2, 2A chapter. If you teach using that curriculum, you might want to check out that larger packet! Find it at:
