**be sure to remove embedded comments from view before printing any rubrics**
-you can do this from the "view" menu at the top of the screen or from the "review" tab in 2016 (newer) versions of word. You want to turn off "markup." (view "No markup") When you want to read the comments, do just the opposite.
This docx includes 5 different rubrics (and different versions of some) with embedded comments on best practices, from assessment mindset, what teachers and students might get out of a rubric, how to modify & print the doc. They are designed to be edited when needed.
Applies to all modern World Languages --in some cases you have to edit "Spanish" to the language that you teach
This package is useful because
1) you have templates, to begin with.
2) They are well refined and tested - some are based on practical, fast feedback, some on general national standards for communication, and some are based on specific writing or activity requirements. It's nice to have refined template and language ready to use if it fits.
3) It is easy to modify, if you are using Microsoft Word (Office) Without word to edit, it would be much less useful.
