Students practice regular preterite verbs with this listening activity and an analysis of the song. The listening portion is a cloze activity, in which students fill in blanks in the lyrics with the words they hear while listening to the song. The analysis piece contains Common Core Aligned Text Dependent Questions, with standards. Get your students thinking!

2. Warm up conjugation activity, full song lyrics with blanks for students to fill in the Spanish words (a "cloze activity")
