Description

Spanish subject pronoun task cards are a great way to study and review in your world language classroom. This resource includes 3 sets of cards. Each set is more difficult than the previous set. They can easily be used to differentiate in the classroom or you could choose to use the different sets throughout the year to continually review the pronouns.

I have created each set with a different color border to make it easier to keep the cards organized. I suggest that you laminate and then cut up the task cards. This will make the cards more durable and they can be used for many years to come.

There also 2 recording sheets included on which students can write their answers.

Set 1: (Blue)
-Look at a picture and write the correct subject pronoun.
-Translate the subject pronoun from English to Spanish.
-Replace the subject with the correct subject pronoun.

Set #2: (Purple)
-Write the correct subject pronoun to use when “talking to a designated person” or “talking about a designated person”.
For example: To talk with your female teacher use the pronoun ____________.

Set #3: (Green)
-Students will write all of the possible subject pronouns that agree with the conjugated verb in each sentence. (There are 6 cards using the verb SER. There are 6 cards using regular present tense verbs. (AR, ER and IR included)
For example: ___________ son muy simpáticos. (Answer: Ellos/ Ustedes)

-Six higher level question cards.
For example: What is the difference between “Tú” and “Usted”? Explain.
