This engaging slideshow presentation will teach your students all about three common Spanish expressions (Ojalá que, quizás, tal vez) that trigger the subjunctive and how to use the subjunctive with them! The slideshow begins with a brief and clear review of the regular and irregular subjunctive so that students can be confident as they begin to use the subjunctive. Then, the slide teaches the students how to use the common Spanish expression "Ojalá que..." and also how to use "tal vez" and "quizás" with the subjunctive tense. The slideshow ends with a Checking for Understanding section that allows students to experiment with the new grammar knowledge in a teacher-guided atmosphere and allows you to determine how well the students grasped the information. This presentation is clear and not-wordy so that students can focus on learning what is necessary and not become confused or bored. The presentation includes tons of clip art and animations to keep students engaged. This presentation is in the Keynote file format and will work on Mac and Apple products that have the Keynote software installed.
