This is a great slideshow to teach your students how to use the subjunctive after expressions of emotion (For example: I feel that the test is too difficult). This slideshow will teach/review how to conjugate regular subjunctive. It will also teach/review the irregular subjunctive conjugations. Then, it will teach your students several common ways to express emotion and how to use the subjunctive with the emotion. The expressions of emotion that your students will learn and practice are alegrarse de que (to be happy that), estar contento que (to be happy that), estar triste que (to be sad that), sorprender que (to be surprised that), gustar que (to be pleased that), sentir que (to feel that), es una lástima que (it's a shame that) and es una pena que (it's a shame that). This slideshow will break down the information in a way that all of your students will understand and master. The slideshow uses animations and graphics to keep your students engaged. The slides are not long and wordy, but to-the-point and understandable. A Checking for Understanding section is included at the end to see how well the students understood the information.
