This is a vocabulary game created with Realidades A, Chapter 2A vocabulary, including subject pronouns, classes, and some adjectives.
We call this game SWAT and the class plays in teams of 2. This document is projected onto the board. Once the class is divided, one student from each team comes to the front of the room and uses a fly-swatter (or their hand) to "swat" the correct word before the other person. The teacher says a word in English (or can describe it) and the students have to swat the correct Spanish translation. Whoever hits the correct word first earns a point for their team. Play continues until all students have had a turn and all words have been hit at least once.
