This is a set of classroom signs with pictures that represent the Spanish vowels.
- a sign for each vowel (a, e, i, o, u, y)
--- a unique image for each vowel sound
--- a sign with both i and y on it (since they make the same vowel sound), as well as signs for each vowel separately
--- for each vowel, there is one sign with an explanation of its pronunciation, and one sign without (see thumbnails for examples)
- a one-page handout with all six vowels and their images (one with pronunciation explanations, and one without)
These signs helped many of my students remember the vowel sounds. I hope they do the same for yours.
