Through this activity students have to report the weather in a Spanish-speaking city of their choice. They select a city (also, the teacher can provide some options or assign cities to make sure all students do not do the same city). Then students draw an image of the forecast. Using their knowledge of weather in Spanish, they need to write 3 complete sentences describing the weather. Finally, students should find an interesting fact about the country to share with their class. I have used this as an in-class activity as well as homework. It works well in both situations. A great way to review weather patterns and to continue familiarizing your students with the Spanish-speaking world. Thanks for looking!
