Purpose: To creatively practice writing and speaking in the target language.
Materials: Crayons, markers, or colored pencils and a writing utensils.
Instructions: This can be used as a writing or speaking activity. Students should use the line to create a drawing and then write or speak about the drawing. Please see additional ideas below:
Bellringer- Use as an occasional bellringer to change things up!
Grouping Students- Pass out multiple drawings at a time and ask students to partner up with others who have the same line.
Conversations- Ask students to describe their drawing to a partner or small group.
Vocab focus- Give a list of 5-10 vocabulary words that they must incorporate into their writing or speaking.
Speech Bubbles- Require students to incorporate Spanish speech bubbles into their drawing.
