This powerpoint contains opening discussion questions, short biographies and a few different works by Joan Miro, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali, Diego Rivera, Francisco Goya, Diego Velasquez and Antonio Gaudi. The last slide has three questions for an exit slip. I taught this lesson as a whole-class activity and had students write down what they noticed, liked/disliked, or thought of when they saw some of these works of art. Students shared out their ideas and it was a really powerful lesson. It is up to you how you use this lesson with your class and could be done in English or Spanish for a Spanish, art, or world cultures class.
