Gallery walk includes Spanish language recipes for gazpacho, paella, tapas, tortilla española, and flan.
There is a corresponding worksheet where students read about eating times in Spain, tapas, and typical foods in Spain. During the gallery walk, students list ingredients, commands used in the recipes, and write their opinions about what they think the foods will taste like.
This is a day that my students love because I end the lesson by serving each of them homemade gazpacho and flan. This way they get to taste the foods they were learning about during the lesson.
