A structure for students to survey themselves and classmates about clothing preferences in 6 different situations. The worksheet includes repetitive questions, space for writing and examples of how to answer in complete sentences with target vocabulary. This is an excellent way to practice and review clothing and style vocabulary, specifically the vocabulary and conversational structures from Cap 2B in Level 2 Realidades.
Ideally, the students will answer the questions for themselves, possibly with some guidance from the teacher at the beginning. Then they interview classmates and record their answers as well. With 6 similar situations, the teacher can give plenty of opportunities for students to begin as a whole class, follow with partner work and have students work independently towards the end as it fits their needs. The procedure also helps to scaffold the students as they write about themselves, then speak their answers, listen to others answers, and finally apply the pronoun conjugation change as they record their parter's responses. If you students are advanced, this can stand as a nice stand-alone activity leading to a discussion of style preferences and/or situationally appropriate styles.
