This oral activity helps students practice the alphabet in Spanish! You have two choices on how you can have students demonstrate their knowledge:
1. Students write the e-mail address on a whiteboard.
2. Students write the e-mail address on a piece of paper.
This document includes four different cards with e-mail addresses. Place students in groups of 4 so each student has a different card. One student reads the e-mail address letter by letter, and the others write out the e-mail addresses using the above options. The student who read the e-mail affirms whether it is correct or not.
Another option is for the teacher to read the e-mail addresses and students to write them down on a whiteboard or a piece of paper.
Each card has 8 e-mails, for a total of 32 e-mails. You can give more advanced students two cards to play off of and a student who needs more help can pair up with a stronger student on the same card.
I print out each set on different colored paper so that it is easy to keep track of the groups, should a student drop a card. This activity usually takes my students 10-15 minutes to complete.
