Description

Target functional spatial concepts and prepositions using REAL PICTURES in this completely digital activity!

Three file formats are included: Boom Cards™️, Google Slides™️ and PowerPoint™️. Each file progresses in difficulty and is over 200 pages long.

The spatial concepts targeted in this resource are:

in, on, up, down, under, out, next to, off, between, on top, bottom, in front, behind, over, above, through, and into.

Every page asks your student to formulate a sentence containing a spatial concept to describe a picture.

Each spatial concept is targeted individually, by itself, in its own section. This allows you to provide a variety of examples of the same concept back to back (to back!). There are approximately 10 pictures/examples for each concept, however the number varies from 8-17 (other than 'into' which has 6 examples).

This resource includes four differentiated levels as follows:

Level 1: Drag-and-drop color-coded icons with visuals.

Level 2: Drag-and-drop black icons onto a color-coded sentence strip.

Level 3: Drag-and-drop text boxes with words and color-coded lines. You can edit these words.

Level 4: Color-coded lines you can type above.

Note: The same pictures/questions repeat between each of the levels. All that changes is how the student responses (icons vs words vs editable text box).

And YES! You can move around the icons within this resource! That means you can delete them from pages and copy/paste them between pages (to add incorrect word choices, for example).
