Speaking lesson - Priorities in life
Start with a question - What are the most important things in your life at age of 10,18,30,50. That will make for a good warm up.
Move to Exercise 1 - Reading. Ask the students to read the text one by one and discuss the bolded words. If needed ask them to make sentences with them.
Move to Exercise 2. Get each student to read one personality card and then ask them to discuss which one is the best and why. Ask as many questions as possible.
Exercise 3 - Many new vocabulary in this exercise. Go throught each and make a discussion about how a person can achieve each of these. Then ask the students to choose their top 5.
