This lesson incorporates the following concepts/skills:Demo. An understanding of the basic rules & instructions of the class and other classes by listening and following directions.
2.) Demo. The ability to perform tumbling and balance beam skills with or without assistance to the best of their ability.
3.) Demo. the ability to use hand-eye coordination, gross motor coordination, agility, speed, quickness, bilateral movements, foot-eye coordination, and other basic movement patterns in class.
4.) Perform skills and activities, and fitness components with little or no assistance during the class period.
5.) Participate in all or most activities while learning to basic rules of sportsmanship, teamwork, and cooperation with the other students in the class.
This lesson is mainly for special education, life skills, and any class with or without disabilities. It's very simple lesson with very little setup which can be used at any age level to challenge the students.
