This editable spreadsheet helps special education teachers track student progress in the areas of math, English/language arts, and behavior. This spreadsheet also has a tab for teachers to input accommodations, as well as a read-aloud log. The academic tabs allow for data to be recorded on standardized and benchmark assessments. The behavior trackers allows for teachers to track infractions, positive commendations, students who have BIPs implemented, and OSS days issued. The accommodations tracker allows teachers to see which students receive which accommodations for tests, assignments, environmental arrangements, pacing, presentation, etc. The read-aloud log allows inclusion/resource teachers to record which students were present or absent for testing days so that the teachers can ensure all students receive the read-aloud accommodation for assessments, even in the event of absenteeism. This tool will come in handy as you progress monitor for the purposes of RTI2, quarterly progress reports, and IEP revisions. It can also be a source of support for you if you need documentation for supporting a student on your caseload. The tracker is able to be customized to best fit your needs.
