Special Education: Editable Data Sheets!
I have shared some of my data sheets that I have created over the years. Since data and record keeping is a must in special education and with students who are part of the SST or are being considered for resource or special education services it is imperative that teachers have data sheets that can be easily read and filled in.
The major plus these sheets have are that they are 100% EDITABLE! I found that at times for each student I need to switch around some elements of a data sheet.
This is what this packet includes:
1 Page of directions on how I use the data sheets( I also included how I set up my data folders for easy access to goals for each student)
2 Pages of directions with visuals and step by step directions on how to plop or write in the goals. Its super easy!
1 Editable data sheet with First trial data and prompt level. This sheet also includes a note section and an easy to read goal met column.
1 Editable data sheet with trials and percentage option. This sheet also includes a note section and an easy to read goal met column.
1 Editable data sheet with an option of IEP goals and classroom goals This sheet also includes a note section and an easy to read goal met column.
1 Editable data sheet with a blank square so you can type in how you keep data ( some teachers keep trial correct or attempted). This sheet also includes a note section.
I recommend that you read the instructions on the first page. You will have to open a word doc. and then choose which data sheet you want to use.
Remember they are all editable!
I truly hope these help you out. I learned the hard way since I could not find what I needed when I was a new teacher.
Please send me an email if you have any issues with cut and pasting your goals into the sheets prior to leaving negative feedback.
