Being a Special Education teacher is such an amazing privilege! It is also a huge responsibility with plenty of meetings, paperwork, and documentation to keep track of! That is why I have created this case carrier bundle to help you on your journey.

This bundle is made with middle school special education teachers in mind.

Most of the resources in this bundle have both digital and printable options. This bundle already includes over 20 awesome resources! I will continue to update these resources, and add new resources as I go.

Note: You must have a Google account to access the digital resources in this bundle!

Some resources are in zipped files. Please be sure that you are able to download zipped files before purchasing. Thank you!

    • IEP Parent Input Google Form and PDF: Parent input is so important when creating an IEP together as a team! Get a head start with these input forms. There is a digital form, as well as a printable form to help you collect important feedback before the meeting!

    • Digital and Printable Teacher Input Forms for IEPs

    • Parent/Guardian Contact Information Sheets: Digital and Printable forms to keep your parent/guardian contact information at a glance! Organize the forms by class period or by caseload. Be ready to make that call or email without wasting any time!

    • Parent/Guardian Communication Log: Digital and Printable! Includes a printable PDF, a Google Form, and a Google Slides version. Documenting communication with parents is super important, and these logs make the process quick and easy!

    • Student/Teacher Website Login Form: Keep all of your website login information at a glance! Includes Digital and Printable student login cards and spreadsheets. With so many digital resources that students are accessing now, it can be tricky to remember all of the login information! The Digital version are especially helpful because you can link directly to the websites!

    • Student Interest Inventory: One of my best sellers, and my number one favorite form for getting to know my students (and writing very specific present levels for student strengths, interests, and preferences). These forms are both Digital and Printable- and even include and editable template!

    • Student Reinforcer Survey: Quickly identify possible reinforcers for your students! Great for writing a behavior plan, but also great information to have in general.

    • IEP at a Glance: Digital and Printable IEP at a Glance is a great resource to help keep the whole team in the loop. This form includes the most important information that other teachers and staff may need to know at a glance in order to best support your student.

    • Sticky Notes Checklists and Data: Printable templates for sticky notes to use to document behavior, create checklists, and more! Includes an editable template. Sticky notes are your best friends!

    • Break Cards: Printable break cards are great for teaching students to ask for breaks as a replacement behavior, and/or can also be used as rewards/incentives. These break cards can support behavior plans for students who escape/avoid non-preferred tasks in inappropriate ways (such as hitting, running away, yelling). Give your students an appropriate option!

    • Editable Binder Covers: Includes Digital and Printable binder covers! The printable version comes with editable spines. These are great for teacher/student binders, as well as behavior data binders, substitute binders, or any other various binders you may use in your classroom!

    • More: I am often updating and adding resources to this bundle in order to best support you. I would love to hear any suggestions or feedback so that I can continue to improve this bundle. Thank you!
