These subtraction word problems within 20 target the CCSS problem type "take from: change unknown" also know as seperate: change unknown (SCU) in Cognitively Guided Instruction (CGI).
They are a perfect way to monitor your student's success with this particular skill. Great for classroom teachers responsible for progress monitoring in RTI
or special education teacher's needing to monitor IEP goals.

• 2 Math Journal Sheets
These can be cut apart and glued into student's math journals. There are 10 problems with numbers given and anther sheet with the same word problems but blanks for the numbers. This allows for differentiation for your students!

2 for the whole classroom and 1 for individual student progress
