This can be used if students are familiar with the Zones of Regulation curriculum. This could be used during a morning meeting or social skills class. Students can take turns checking in with classmates to see how everyone is feeling. Students write their peers' names, circle which zone they are in, and write their feeling. The top of the sheet can be used for students to share any art projects or other projects with the group, and can help students practice interacting with peers and making comments. At the end of the lesson, students can do an exit slip to write how they are feeling now (it might have changed due to calming strategies or skills taught) and two things that helped them fell calm in class.
