Special Right Triangles
Model and Manipulative
I print these out on cardstock for my students for durability. The students cut out the three triangles and place the top half of the “notes” in their notebook. The three manipulatives help greatly when my students need to solve special right triangles that are askew which are found in their homework. As soon as they move the model into the proper position they are easily able to visually calculate the sides of the triangles without the need of writing down the ratios on the triangle.
