Use this tool to help you assess and track data on what, who, where, when, why and how questions while using the included goals to help you write your IEP.

Based on the information gathered from the screening, choose which particular wh question deep assessment will need to be administered.

When children are learning to process and answer WH questions, they usually follow a developmental and predictable sequence. “What” is the earliest question mastered, followed by “Who” and “Where.” Finally, an understanding of “When” and “Why” develop, with “Why” being the most difficult to master.
