I don't know about you but it takes way too long to type up parent and teacher information when completing articulation/language evaluations. I often can glance at the checklist and know what the concerns are but to then put the who checklist into a narrative format is just tedious. So, to solve this problem I took the checklists that I typically use and then made a program that allows me to copy over the checks/responses from the parent/teacher and have a narrative automatically generated for me, all with the correct names and pronouns without having to go in and modify it every time. I hope you find this tool useful as I have.
