Use this editable checklist to keep track of your workflow for speech-language evaluations.
- Microsoft Word document is editable.
- Customize it to reflect the paperwork requirements of your school district.
- Print a bunch of copies and toss one in the folder each time you begin an evaluation. Use it to jot down notes and help you stay organized during the evaluation.
