SLP Planner Calendar for 2015 to 2016
Happy New Year! I’m excited to start out the new year organized. Normally I buy a planner from Staples, but I decided this year to create my own planning calendar specifically to help organize my SLP work life.
This planner includes:
-One pink front and back cover or one blue front and back cover or you can mix and match as you like.
-Year at a Glance page: This page includes (Student Name, IEP Date, Re-evaluation Date, Initial IEP Date, and Service Time). This page is to give you a big picture over view of your caseload.
-18 Monthly Covers: In either pink or blue or you can mix and match.
-18 Month Full Page Calendars.:(January 2015 to June 2016) I decided to include the summer months for those SLPs who choose to work through the summer. :)
-18 Monthly Paperwork Pages: These pages include spaces for IEPs, Re-evaluations, Initial Evaluations, and Screenings that need to take place per month.
-18 To do Monthly Planning Pages: I included 3 monthly to dos that can be broken up into steps that have a deadline. I use this page to keep track of big projects that I need to complete for the month.
-Weekly To Dos Pages: There are 4 to 5 of these pages per month. These pages include Monday through Friday spaces to give a more detailed look at your week.
-Weekly Therapy Planning Pages: There are 4 to 5 of these pages per month. These pages are to help plan your therapy for the week. These pages include a space for: Theme, Books, Make, Buy, Materials, Print, Copy, Laminate, Other, and a Ready! Star. The Ready! Star is there for you to color in when you have completed everything to be ready to begin therapy for the week. I like having a check box to know I’m done and ready!
I hope you find this planner helpful to organize your SLP life as you begin the new 2015 year!
