Speech and language clinicians are employing the integrative approach to therapy within low incidence classrooms. Often, this involves developing lessons/activities that involve whole-group participation, and there is increasing expectation from administrators that our activities must align with the Danielson Framework.
Many of our schools house multiple classrooms for children identified with low-incidence disabilities, and despite the implementation of students' IEPs, administrators and teachers expect to view documentation relevant to these frameworks. This format will enable SLPs to create that documentation for multiple classrooms. This is being offered in Word for easy access and flexibility; hopefully, the colorful format might make things a bit less mundane.
