Product Description
Beginning of the year activities for speech and language therapy

Back to school time is busy. Make your first week in speech less stressful with these back to school speech and language therapy activities. I recommend printing and laminating these sheets- no further prep is required. Use these sheets with modeling dough- or if you don’t have any available, simply play tic-tac-toe with a dry erase marker!

This back to school speech and language therapy packet includes:
(1) Basic Vocabulary Board: targets basic school-themed vocabulary
(2) Categories Boards: student states what category an item belongs to (picture-supported), student names 2-3 items in a given category
(2) Forming Sentences Boards: student forms spoken sentences using 2 targeted words, student forms a complete sentence when answering a provided question
Finishing Sentences Board: student finishes a sentence starter
(1) Pronouns Board: student labels the picture using the correct pronoun (he, she, they)
Plurals Board: student labels regular plural pictures
(1) Spatial Concepts Board: student states the location of an item (i.e. next to, in front of, behind)
(2) Inference Boards: student states what emotion an apple is feeling and provides the reason why, and student explains how he/ she might feel in a given situation
(1) Education/ School Idioms Board: student states what each idiom means (no pictures)

I hope you LOVE this back to school speech therapy activity! Please remember to leave feedback!
