Are you tired of students asking you how to spell the same words again and again? If so – this is the solution you’ve been looking for!
Using the Spelling Dictionaries:
These booklets are blank and therefore can be used for ANY grade. They are INDIVIDUALIZED and can be DIFFERENTIATED based on the needs of each student.
Throughout the year have the students add words they don’t know how to spell in their Spelling Dictionaries. That way, when they need to spell that tricky word again, they can refer back to their Spelling Dictionary.
Setting up the Spelling Dictionaries:
Each student will need a Spelling Dictionary booklet that they will write words in all year long. You can choose if you want the full-length pages (pg. 4-28) or half-page (pg. 29-41). Print a copy for each student in your class. You can staple the pages together, punch holes and place the pages in either a binder or duotang folder, or you can have the pages spiral bound to create a booklet.
