Are your students tired of boring spelling homework? These spelling menus are designed to give your students some choice in how they practice their spelling words.
Each tic-tac-toe menu has 9 different activities to choose from. The center box is a “must do” that students are required to complete. They can then choose two other activities from the board in order to complete a row either across, up and down, or diagonally.
There are 10 different menus in this pack. Some activities are repeated on several menus, but no two menus are exactly the same. Each box on the menu has a spot for parent initials. Not all activities require pencil and paper. The initials provide a way to ensure those activities are being completed.
Following the menus, you will find weekly spelling list pages. There are two versions: one for 10 words and one for 20. These pages give students a place to copy down their spelling words for the week, as well as complete the “must do” activity on their menu.
