Spider Themed Number Math Centers: Great for Halloween!
Three engaging centers to be sure to help your kiddos with numeral and number word identification, numeral and number word printing and counting to 10!
The centers are as follows:
1.Where’s Spidey the Spider?
Have students arrange the webs in numerical order. Then a partner or teacher hides the single spider card behind one of the houses. Students take turns guessing which web he is under by stating the number then lifting the corresponding house! Great practice for
2. Which Web?
Have students arrange the webs in numerical order. Individual students or small groups can work together to match the numeral, number word, and spider cards to each number web! Great practice for number identification, number word matching, and counting!
3. My Spider Book
Trace and write each numeral and the number word. Dot pain or color
the number. Make that many spiders on the web with your dot painter
or stickers. Decorate your spider.
