This resource is perfect to help your students practice addition or subtraction up to 10.
This activity is low prep, so there's no need to laminate or cut anything. You can laminate the mats, but I find it better to use a dry erase pocket for the addition and subtraction mats.
All you need to do is print and set up your students to have fun in their math center. Students will use a paper clip and pencil as a spinner. Students can use small counters or mini-erasers to help solve the problem.
This resource includes:
-2 pages of "I Can..." statements to help your students use this activity independently in their math center or small group
-Spin it Addition and Subtraction Mats; with a ten frame or without, in color and b/w
-4 different subtraction recording sheets; two for recording the subtraction sentences, one to graph the answers, and one for coloring (or using a dot marker) to stamp the answer
-4 different addition recording sheets; two for recording the addition sentences, one for graphing the answers, and one for coloring (or using a dot marker) to stamp the answer
