I used this an in introductory lesson to adding two digit numbers.
Students will be required to add ones to a two digit number without grouping.
There are three different two digit spinners included and a 1-6 spinner to match each two digit spinner. Students use a pencil to hold a paper clip in place. Students spin paper clip on the two digit spinner and then again on the one digit spinner. Students record their results on the recording sheet and make an addition sentence. Also included is counting tape and a place value chart mat (that can be laminated so students can use a dry erase marker on) that students can use to solve their addition sentence.
There is also two exit tickets or "you do's" included. One provides counting tape for each problem and the other includes place value charts for students to fill out and use to solve the problem.
This is a great introduction to adding two digit numbers! You're students will love it! :)
